There are many ways to tell people know about your favorite channel.

[edit] Email a URL

Send an email to your friends with the channel's URL:

http://beta1.mogulus.com/shortname

(Where shortname is the short name of the channel.)

Note: Your friends will need to register with Mogulus to view the channel.

[edit] Embed the channel into a web page or blog

You can easily copy and paste some HTML code into your web page, blog, or other Internet site so you and your friends can view a channel with no need to log into Mogulus.

1. Go to the Watch page and choose the channel.

2. Scroll down below the display screen showing the channel.

The HTML code to embed the channel appears in a text box.

3. If you want, click the buttons beside the text box to customize the look of the viewer where you'll embed it:

Background Color

Changes the color of the background so it will blend in with your web site background color. (By default, it is white.)

Player Color

Changes the color of the player (the buttons and the rounded edge around the screen). (By default, it is grey.)

Remove Viewers Icon

Removes the icon showing the number of channel viewers

4. For blogs and Web sites other than Myspace, leave the pulldown located below the text box as All sites other than Myspace.

(For Myspace, which requires different code, click on the down arrow beside the pulldown to change it to "Myspace only".

5. Click the Copy to Clipboard button. The HTML code, along with your customized settings, is placed on your computer's clipboard.

6. Go to the blog or Web site where you want to place the channel and player (or go to the HTML editor where you are editing the source code for your Web site). Paste the code where you want it placed.

[edit] Promote a Mogulus channel on Facebook

To embed a channel on your Facebook profile:

1. Log in to the Mogulus Beta website, go to the “Watch” page and start watching your channel.

2. Click the Add this channel to my facebook profile button. It will direct you to the Facebook home page.

4. Log in to your Facebook account. (If you don't have one, you need to sign up.)

5. Click Log in to television.

6. Click Add television.

7. Watch the channel at full size.

8. Go to your profile page, and you’ll see the embedded player.

To position the player, just click and drag it around your profile. You can also make your channel smaller.

9. Tell your friends on your Facebook News feed to check out the channel, or add it to their own profile.

Facebook users can add a Mogulus channel to their own profiles by clicking on the Add this Mogulus Television channel to my profile button while viewing the channel.
