The CoveritLive’s web based software takes a live blog to a new level. Yesterday the Structure08 conference took place at the Mission Bay conference center in San Francisco and turned out to be a great success. All the main stage speeches and panels were live on Mogulus.

During the breaks Carolyn Pritchard and Chris Albrecht of GigaOM conducted interviewees with speakers and attendees .  Structure08 was about cloud computing and the impacts it will have in the future. Here are some pictures of the Mogulus studio at the event.

Air Mozilla, the Mogulus channel of the Mozilla corporation did a Marathon broadcast of the 24 hours after the release of Firefox 3. The goal was to break the Guinness World Record for “Most Software Downloads in 24 hours”. A bumpy start and some smoking servers later, Firefox 3 had more than 8 million downloads in the first 24 hours. The people of Guinness are reviewing the World Record attempt but it looks like Firefox 3 made it!!!
